POSTAGE MATTERS
All parcels are despatched via courier service and it will take 1 to 3 working days. The cost of Courier is a flat rate of $2.00 regardless of the number of items you have purchased, and is calculated per parcel. This is to ensure that parcels will arrive safely at your doorstep. Tracking of parcel is available via http://www.roadbull.com, an email with tracking number will be sent to you by the Courier Company. In the event that there's no one at home when the parcel was being delivered, the delivery man will drop you a call for the next delivery date and time.
You will be entitled to a complimentary courier if the total amount of your orders exceeded SGD 100.00. If your order consists of one backorder item, the postage fee will be $4 instead as we will be mailing out the instock item first to prevent any delay. The backorder item will be mail out separately when the stocks arrive.
