FOR ONLINE ORDERS
You're welcome to return eligible items within:

14 calendar days from the date your parcel is received (Singapore orders).

Returned parcels must reach us within the 14-day return period.
Returned items must be:

In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

With all original tags attached.

Returned in the original The Stage Walk clear zip-lock packaging.

Purchased directly from thestagewalk.com

Returned only once.
Return options
Eligible returns will be refunded in the form of Store Credits.

Website purchases: Store Credits are valid for 1 year.
Store Credits:

Can only be used for online purchases.
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Are non-transferable.

Orders paid using Store Credits are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
How to return:
By Mail
Please email sales@thestagewalk.com first and wait for our acknowledgement before sending your parcel.
Returns must be mailed via trackable courier service with your tracking details provided.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Retail Store Drop-off
You may also drop off your return at any of our retail stores:

Junction 8, Bugis Junction, Tampines 1, JEM or Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall)
Please email sales@thestagewalk.com first and wait for our acknowledgement before dropping off your parcel.
Kindly include the completed Return Form provided in our acknowledgement email.
Please note:
We're unable to accept returns for:

Sale items and promotional items.

Orders purchased using TSW Points, Store Credits and Discount Codes

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or have their original tags removed.
Retail stores only accept return drop-offs. Exchanges cannot be processed in-store.
The Stage Walk reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
FOR RETAIL PURCHASES
We offer exchanges only for items purchased at our retail stores, within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges must be:

For an item of equal or higher value (top-ups apply where applicable).

In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Returned in the original The Stage Walk clear zip-lock packaging.

Accompanied by the original store receipt.

Exchanged once only — each item is eligible for a one-time exchange.
Please note

Store Credits and cash refunds are not available for retail purchases.

We're unable to accept exchanges for sale items.

Items purchased using promotional discounts or during promotional campaigns are not eligible for exchange.

Cross-channel exchanges are not permitted. Items purchased in-store cannot be exchanged for online purchases, and vice versa.

No refund or Store Credit will be issued if the replacement item is of a lower value.

The Stage Walk reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
FOR TIKTOK SHOP PURCHASES
⚠️ Please do not submit a return request through the TikTok Shop platform.
Eligible regular-priced items can be returned for Store Credit.
Returns must be:

Requested within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

In original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

How to Return

Email sales@thestagewalk.com with your TikTok Order ID within 7 days of receiving your order.

Wait for our return instructions before sending your parcel.

Return your item by mailing it to our HQ
Please Note

Do not initiate a return through TikTok Shop. Any return approved through the TikTok platform will be forfeited, and no Store Credit or refund will be issued.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Store Credit, valid for 1 month.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We're sorry if you've received a defective or incorrect item.
Please email sales@thestagewalk.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item received
- Product name, size, and colour
Kindly ensure the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original The Stage Walk packaging.
Please wait for our acknowledgement email before returning your item by mail or dropping it off at any of our retail stores.
