The minimum redemption is 250 TSW Points.
- 250 TSW Points = SGD $5
- 750 TSW Points = SGD $20
TSW Points can only be redeemed on regular-priced items and cannot be used together with other discount codes or promotions.
Do I earn TSW Points on sale items?
No. TSW Points are awarded only on regular-priced items.
Points are calculated based on the value of eligible items purchased and exclude shipping charges.
Do TSW Points expire?
Yes. TSW Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.
Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended. We'll send you a monthly TSW Points balance summary via email to help you keep track of your points.
When can I use my Birthday Discount?
Your Birthday Discount can be used once during your birthday month.
The discount will be automatically applied to your first eligible order placed during your birthday month.
