ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order with The Stage Walk, please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend the orders after you have confirmed your order. Your order is only secured and confirmed upon updating of your payment details within 12 hours after completing the checkout process. The Stage Walk reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not updated within 12 hours after the check out process. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
Measurements provided on each of the products are measured when it's lay flat and it will be taken as accurately as we can. Measurements stated online may vary from 0.5" to 0.75" as items are mass produced. In the event should the measurements fall above the range, the items will be consider as a defect.
As we strive to provide the colours as accurate as possible, there may be discrepancies cases due to colour calibration of individual's computer or it might appear slightly darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.
- PRODUCT CARE
You are advised to hand wash all The Stage Walk apparels especially for all crochet and lace apparels. For ironing, low to medium heat is advisable for all products. Steaming method is highly encouraged. Do not soak. Do not machine wash, handwash is strongly recommended. The customer is deemed to have agreed to the notes / conditions if she choose to proceed with the purchase.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars.
We accept payment via credit and debit card payments via Paypal or Paydollar.
In the event an item price was listed incorrectly, we will inform the involved customers and reconfirm the order with the correct price.
The Stage Walk reserve the right to cancel or refuse order placed with the incorrect price.
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in The Stage Walk clear zip lock bag. All footwear must include their original shoebox and in its original condition. The returned items are customers' responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure that the parcel is returned via registered postage to prevent any lost of parcel.
- Store Credits with 1 year validity.
- We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
- Merchandise purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
- All orders placed using Promotional code, TSW points, Store Credit and Refer A Friend Discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
We provide standard courier services at a flat rate of $2 per delivery or $4 per delivery for express courier.
If your order includes a backorder item, it will be shipped separately from the in-stock items. An additional postage fees will be charged accordingly in your order for backorder items. If your order is eligible for 'Complimentary Courier' and includes backorder items, do note that your in-stock item(s) will be mailed first and all backorder items will be mailed together. No additional fees for self-collection.
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Price of postage included handling fees. The Stage Walk will not be held liable for any lost parcel should customers opted for normal postage.
All unclaimed/bounce item, you may opt for courier mode at a flat rate of $4.00 (non-subsidised courier fees) if you wish for redelivery. Normal postage mode will not be allowed. Else if you wish to self collect the item, item have to be collected within 14 days. Item not collected for more than 14 days will be disposed
