Orders

Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s), size(s), colour(s), and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, we are unable to amend or cancel your order.

Orders must be completed within 12 hours of checkout. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.

Should we be unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made to your original payment method.

Product Information

Measurements

All measurements are taken with garments laid flat and measured as accurately as possible.

As our products are mass-produced, a measurement variance of approximately 0.5–0.75 inch (1–2 cm) may occur and is considered acceptable.

Items with measurement differences beyond this range may be assessed as defective.

Colours

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

For printed fabrics, print placement may differ slightly from piece to piece unless otherwise stated.

Product Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your garments, we recommend:

• Hand wash only.

• Do not soak.

• Avoid machine washing.

• Steam garments whenever possible.

• If ironing is required, use low to medium heat.

Delicate fabrics such as crochet and lace require extra care.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the recommended care instructions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept payment through the payment methods available during checkout.

In the event of an incorrect pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been made, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.

Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in the original The Stage Walk packaging.

Customers are responsible for returned parcels until they are safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note:

• Returns are refunded via Store Credit, valid for 1 year.

• Cash refunds are not provided.

• Purchases made through third-party retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Orders placed using Promotional codes, Store Credit, TSW Points Rewards or other Promotional Offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Singapore public holidays.

Singapore Delivery

• Standard Courier: SGD $2

• Express Courier: SGD $4

Backorders

If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, your in-stock items will be shipped first.

Backorder items will be dispatched separately once available.

Additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country.

Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, customers may choose:

• Re-delivery via courier at SGD $4, or

• Self-collection from our office within 14 days.

Items not collected within 14 days may be disposed of without further notice.

First Purchase Discount

New members enjoy 5% off their first purchase.

Eligibility:

• Valid for new customers only.

• Applicable on your first purchase only.

The Stage Walk reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
