Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES)

Here at The Stage Walk, we strive to provide customer satisfaction and give you quality products that fit you perfectly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for store credits. Please note that all returns must be done within 14 days from the date of receipt. (Parcels must arrive at our office within 14 days). 

  • All orders placed using TSW points, Store Credits, Discount code and Refer A Friend Discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any orders of sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.
  • Accessories, such as necklaces and earrings, are also not applicable for any returns/exchanges.
  • To be eligible for Store Credits, all return regular-priced items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, as well as in its clear original TSW packaging. The Stage Walk reserves the right to reject any returns of items which do not fulfil our criteria.
  • For return modes, customers have the option to drop off their item in-stores or mail it back to us. For mailing, customers will be responsible for the to-and-fro postage charges incurred during the return.
    Return parcels have to be mailed back via Singpost Registered postage only with the tracking details provided.You can also drop off the items at our retail outlets located at:

    - JEM #02-44
    - Paya Lebar Quarter #02-32

Please drop us an email and wait for our acknowledgement email before sending your item back to us or dropping the parcel in our stores along with the return form attached in your email.

If you are unable to comply with the above requirements, The Stage Walk reserves the right to reject the return/exchange.

                                                                                                                                                                                  

STORE CREDITS

Once we have processed your return parcel, a refund will be made within 3-5 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has 1 year expiry date).

  • Store credits will be issued for returns of regular-priced items, which can be used to offset against a new order.
  • Store credits can only be used on online purchases.
  • Store credits have a 1-year validity.
  • Store credit can be utilised in multiple transactions, till the remaining amount is zero.
  • Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for any further returns/exchanges.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Store credits are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

DEFECTIVE ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

While we strive to provide a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience, we sincerely apologise if you have received a defective/incorrect item. In the event for such cases, please drop us an email to our customer service team at sales@thestagewalk.com with the subject header as “Defective Item” or "Incorrect Item" as well as a clear snapshot of the defect/incorrect size/incorrect item received and we will reply you within 1 working day.

For defect/incorrect item received cases, customers have the option to drop off their item in-stores or mail it back to us. For mailing, return parcels have to be mailed back via Singpost Registered postage only with the tracking details provided.

Postage fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited to your TSW account and an exchange for the same item will be processed. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with a 1-year expiry date will be issued instead. We apologise that we do not have a cash refund policy at the moment. Thereafter, you may use the store credits to place a new order with us.

The following attributes are not considered as defect and are not eligible for exchanges.

a) Measurements stated online may have a discrepancy range of 0.5" to 0.75" as items are mass produced. In the event that the measurements fall below or above the estimated range, the item will be considered as a manufacturing defect.  

b) There may be slight variance for items’ colours due to different colour calibration used for different tech devices. Colours may also appear slightly brighter or saturated due to studio/outdoor lighting used. It will also not be considered as a defect.

c) Due to mass manufacturing, prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY (FOR RETAIL PURCHASES)

Our exchange period for retail purchase is 7 days from the date of receipt. Do bring along your original store receipt to make the exchange.
We do accept exchange at any retail outlets.

All return regular-priced items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, as well as in its clear original TSW packaging.
