Orders with Backorder Items

If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped first so you can receive them without delay.
Your backorder item(s) will be dispatched separately once stocks arrive.
As two separate deliveries are required, the shipping fee will be SGD $4.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to track your parcel via J&T Express.

Delivery Information

• Local deliveries are made during working days, excluding public holidays.
• If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will contact you or arrange a re-delivery.
• Re-delivery charges may apply after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

SELF COLLECTION

• Available at our Junction 8, Bugis Junction, Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall), JEM, and Tampines 1 retail stores.
• You'll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days from the collection notification.
• Uncollected orders will be returned to our warehouse. Additional courier charges will apply if you require your parcel to be re-delivered.
• Orders that remain uncollected for 3 months will be disposed of, and no refunds or Store Credits will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to all countries worldwide.

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon successful payment.
• Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• All international orders are shipped via a tracked courier service and delivered to your doorstep. 
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
• If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to charge return shipping and handling fees.
