At TSW, we are obsessed with health and wellness. With the current virus outbreak, we are definitely taking extra care of our bodies. So besides, wearing a mask and keeping our hands sanitised, here are some things you can do to keep your mind and body healthy.

At TSW, we are obsessed with health and wellness. With the current virus outbreak, we are definitely taking extra care of our bodies. So besides, wearing a mask and keeping our hands sanitised, here are some things you can do to keep your mind and body healthy.

Imagine this, the smell of Lavender filling up the room while you unwind from the day. No worries on your mind, just the sweet scent of Lavender.

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment using natural plant extracts to soothe the mind and promote health. Inhaling the aromas from these plant essential oils stimulates the brain, healing you psychologically.

My personal favourite is a mixture of Lavender and Lemongrass oils. This magical duo is best to relieve stress and improve one’s mood. Just add two to three drops into a diffuser and let it run throughout the night. I guarantee you a good night’s sleep!

But my favourite part of yoga is the stress relieving factor! Any yoga practice, even a short one, includes three key elements; poses, breathing and meditation. These trio really helps to calm your mind down and take away the stress accumulated over the week.
